Boost delivers fast-paced, high-intensity Reformer classes that blend strength training, resistance, and functional movement for total-body results. Each 50-minute session is performed on a Balanced Body Allegro I Reformer and incorporates dumbbells and dynamic props to challenge every muscle group. The workout is low-impact yet high-intensity. Each class is intentionally programmed to build strength, endurance, and control through precise, compound movement.
We incorporate time under tension along with Pilates-inspired movements for the ultimate, total-body burn.
Every “Reformer: All Levels” class offers layered options for Newbies and advanced challenges for Pros, so everyone leaves feeling the Boost Burn. At Boost, we’re more than just a workout — We’re a community that moves together, supports each other, and celebrates showing up.
